I found this sentence somewhere on the instagram. And I totally agree. That's normal and important thing. But the more important thing is to believe in yourself and see how precious you are. Because you are. There's always something. Something to be proud of.
Some tips how to be happier?
1) Don't compare yourself to the others. If they are better or worse at something, it doesn't matter. It's important to be better than yourself day by day. And remember, it doesn't have to go fast. Usually you have to wait for the effect. You can't do anything with that. Just be patient. It'll be worth.
2) Live for the moment. There are a lot of these small things that can make you happy. A good taste coffee (like it is in my case) for example. A little success - when someone told you that you do something great. Believe me - he/she doesn't have to be stupid if he/she thinks that way. You are good!
3) Slow down. And I can say - be patient - again. When you take too much for yourself there's a stress added you don't need.
4) Concentrate on the good in your life, and don't think about all the bad. Everybody makes mistakes. We're not perfect. So you're not alone. Just find a lesson in everything what happens, bad or good. I believe that everything happens for a reason.
5) Find your passion. Something that you love. Something that you can do all the time. And something that makes you better and better. In my opinion it's very important.
